課程大綱Course Description：

本實習課程內容是講授各種畜牧業在農業機械與工廠作業各項設施的實務操作與維護保養等相關技能，內容包括工廠作業輔助器具相關種類認知及實務操作。在農業動力方面(包括汽、柴油引擎、電動馬達)了解如何實務操作與維護保養。畜牧業作業機械則學習整地、播種、中耕除草、培土、灌溉、病蟲害防治、施肥、收穫、運搬及農產品處理收穫後處理機具之實務操作與維護保養等技能與溫室環控設施之植物工廠設施操作，並講授其他工程機械(具)在農業上應用的介紹與實務操作與維護保養。

English Outline：

The content of this internship course is to teach the practical operation and maintenance of various agricultural machinery and various facilities in factory operations. Learn how to operate and maintain practically in agricultural power (including gasoline, diesel engines, and electric motors). Agricultural operation machinery learns the practical operation and maintenance skills of soil preparation, sowing, cultivating weeding, soil cultivation, irrigation, pest control, fertilization, harvesting, transportation and post-harvest processing of agricultural products, as well as the operation of plant factory facilities in greenhouse environmental control facilities. And teach the introduction and practical operation and maintenance of other construction machinery (tools) in agriculture.
