課程大綱Course Description：

本實習課程內容主要植物細菌性病害診斷技術之介紹及訓練，包括病徵診斷，病原分離培養接種及鑑定，生理生化診斷，生物診斷與核酸診斷技術。另外，本實習也將著重於植物病原細菌鑑定上可能應用之分子生物操作技術。

English Outline：

This training course mainly introduces the introduction and training of diagnostic techniques for plant bacterial diseases, including disease diagnosis, pathogen isolation, culture, inoculation and identification, physiological and biochemical diagnosis, biological diagnosis and nucleic acid diagnosis technology. In addition, this internship will also focus on molecular biological manipulation techniques that may be used in the identification of plant pathogenic bacteria.
