本課程內容包括:菇蕈世界與類別、菇蕈生物學、菇蕈栽培、菇蕈菌種製作、菇蕈栽培基質種類與準備、菇蕈菌絲營養生長及菇體發育與栽培環境、及台灣主要食藥用菇蕈的栽培。
English Outline:
The contents of this course are including the categories、biology and cultivation of mushroom,preparation of mushroom spawn and culture substrate,effects of cultivation environmental factors on vegetative growth and fruiting body development,and cultivation of major edible and medicinal mushrooms,such as common mushroom、 paddy mushroom、 oyster mushroom、 Jelly fungi mushroom 、almond portobello and shiitake in Taiwan。
