本課程深入探討車銑複合加工的原理與實際操作,並包含加工程式的撰寫及運用CAD/CAM技術進行加工編程。課程內容將工件端面及徑向加工技術相結合,學習如何使用C軸進行端面和徑向的鑽孔、鉸孔、攻牙,以及輪廓銑削,包括複雜的曲面銑削。這包括從手寫程式的基礎學習,以熟悉刀具路徑語法,進展到運用CAD/CAM技術進行加工程式的高級編寫,最終透過實際加工與成品驗證,來完整地掌握車銑複合加工的全面技能。
English Outline:
The course thoroughly explores the principles and hands-on applications of combined turning and milling processes, encompassing the development of machining programs and the integration of CAD/CAM technology for advanced programming. It merges end-face and radial machining techniques, instructing on the use of the C-axis for operations like drilling, boring, threading, and contour milling, which include the complexities of surface milling. The curriculum starts with basic manual programming to build a foundation in tool path syntax, advancing to sophisticated programming using CAD/CAM. The course culminates in actual machining and product verification, ensuring a complete understanding and skill set in combined turning and milling processes.
