課程大綱Course Description：

本實習課程係配合土壤學課程，使學習者能確實瞭解土壤性質及如何操作各項試驗。由土壤採樣及實驗室儀器介紹開始，再進行基本物理性質及化學之測定分析，包括總體密度、土粒密度、孔隙率、篩分析、機械分析、土壤pH值及有機質含量之測定。

English Outline：

This course is combined with the soil science course to enable learners to truly understand the properties of soil and how to operate various experiments. Beginning with an introduction to soil sample collection techniques and laboratory instruments, the basic physical properties and chemistry are measured and analyzed in sequence, including soil bulk density, particle density, porosity, sieve analysis, mechanical analysis, soil pH and determination of organic matter content.
