課程大綱Course Description：

本課程為車輛工程之基礎課程，主要介紹機械製造之基本原理及車輛零組件相關的加工製程。整個課程將包括：工程材料概論、鑄造、塑性加工、銲接與接合、切削、工具機、熱處理、表面處理及一些特殊加工。希望透過這門課程，能夠讓學生清楚明白到車輛相關零件的製造過程及加工技術的相關知識。

English Outline：

This course is the basic course of vehicle engineering. It contains the principle of mechanical manufacturing processing and related processing for vehicle parts. The entire course include the introduction of engineering materials, casting, plastic processing, welding, joining, cutting, NC machine, heat treatment, surface treatment and others. Through this course, students can learn the manufacturing process knowledge for some parts used on vehicle.
