課程大綱Course Description：

本課程目的在於介紹農企業管理之基本理論與實務應用。本耀內容包含：農企業管理學內涵、經營規劃與決策、農企業資金與預算、農企業成本與收益及成本與效益分析、農企業經營目標之設計、負責任之農企業投資、農企業永續發展目標、國內外農企業個案研討。

English Outline：

The course intends to introduce the basic principle and practice for agribusiness management. The core components include: introduction to the course, planning and decision; capital and budgeting, costs and revenue, cost benefit analysis, key management indicators, responsible investment, agribusiness and UNSDGs, domestic and international cases of agribusiness management.
