課程大綱Course Description:
瞭解農產品運銷制度、小農操作困境及計算出至少5項市場集中度指標、熟悉至少一種農產品之行銷實務與規劃。 本課程旨在使學生了解農產行銷之理論與運作,以為農企業管理者因應行銷環境有效地行銷管理。內容包括二部分: A:農產運銷; B:農產行銷. 農產運銷內容有: (1)農產行銷基本概念、(2)農產品供需與價格理論、(3)農產品市場與農產行銷企業、(4)農產品價格、(5)農產行銷績效、(6)農產行銷政策制度與法規、(7)農業的現代化。 農產行銷涵蓋現代的行銷學如: 市場區隔,定位,消費行為,4P與網路行銷等.
English Outline:
This course gives students the knowledge of marketing of agricultural products. It includes two parts: A. agricultural marketing and logistics; B.agricultural marketing. Specifically, the 1st part includes: (1) the concept and operations of marketing of agricultural products, (2) theory of demand, supply, and price of agricultural products, (3) markets and marketing agribusiness, (4) prices of agricultural products, (6) marketing performance of agricultural products, and (6) policy and regulations of agricultural product marketing. The 2nd part includes those sections such as market segmentation, positioning, 4Ps and internet marketing etc.
