• 探討大學如何透過休閒農業項目實現社會責任，包括在地社區合作與發展。
• 討論案例研究和規劃社區參與活動。
3. 永續環境與休閒農業
• 深入了解永續農業實踐、生態保護與資源循環再利用。
• 設計永續農場或改善計劃。
4. 食農教育
• 從農場到餐桌的過程，推廣對健康、營養和食品來源的認識。
• 實地參與農業活動，學習種植、收穫及烹飪。
5. 多媒體在休閒農業的應用
