課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要目的在於提供一個資訊部門主管解決管理實務問題所需的觀念、技術與方法。本課程的重點為訓練學生解決資訊管理實務的能力，課程的範圍涵蓋資訊科技的選擇、導入、應用與維護等。本課程重視學生對於問題的思考訓練，鼓勵學員從實務的觀點，提出一些可行的解決方案以及選擇最佳方案的具體準則。

English Outline：

This course introduces basic concept, techniques and methods in information management for MIS managers. This course focuses on the students’ trainings on the skills for managing the problems of IT management. This course covers the following topics: selections of IT, implementation of IT, applications of IT, and maintenance of IT. Students are encouraged to participate in class discussions and propose some feasible solution to solve IT problems. Evaluating criteria are proposed in selecting the optimal solution in a decision making process.
