課程大綱Course Description：

本課程採取教授人力資源管理之理論與實務並重之方式，讓學生了解國內外之人力資源管理主要內容與趨勢外，於每一單元之後均加入相關個案，使學生更容易了解本授課涵蓋之內容。共分為人力資源管理導論、組織的形成、訓練發展與績效管理、員工報酬、員工安全與勞資關係、國際人力資源管理等六大部分。

English Outline：

This course adopts the method of teaching both the theory and practice of human resource management so that students can understand the main content and trends of human resource management at home and abroad. After each unit, relevant cases are added to make it easier for students to understand the content covered in this course. . It is divided into six parts: introduction to human resource management, organization formation, training development and performance management, employee compensation, employee safety, and labor relations, and international human resource management.
