課程大綱Course Description：

本科目之教學重點為（1）讓學生對英文閱讀有廣泛接觸（2）使學生熟悉各種閱讀技巧（3）使學生有用英文表達之能力。大一主要培養閱讀技巧在於了解文章主旨大意，課前預習及課後複習，並針對以上之要求提供不同文章作練習。

English Outline：

This course aims to enhance students' reading ability. Different types of readings introduce students to a wide range of themes and topics, including sports, pop culture, travel, nature, technology, and more. Tasks and activities that come with each article will help students to improve reading comprehension in general.
