課程大綱Course Description：

本課程將介紹學生認識著名英美小說並練習小說創作。透過分析小說的構成要素，授課教師將檢視文學寫作的創作過程。為了確保學生能夠學到小說創作的技巧，本課程要求學生依據課堂所學進行一篇短篇故事創作。

English Outline：

This course aims to introduce students to the masterpieces of English fiction and to familiarize them with the techniques of fictional writing. Through analyzing the elements that constitute fiction, the instructor examines literary writing as a creative process. To ensure that students can acquire the skills of fictional writing, they will be asked to create a short story based on what they have learned in class.
