| The purpose of this course is to prepare students to be well-qualified English teachers. Methods and materials in the fields of TEFL, with special emphasis on teaching EFL learners, will be introduced to students. The topics covered include (1) theories of first language acquisition and second/foreign language learning, (２) various teaching approaches, methods, and techniques, (3) learning psychology and classroom management, and (4) techniques for teaching speaking and listening, and activities for teaching songs, nursery rhymes, TPR, and storytelling. |
