課程大綱Course Description:
本課程之目的在透過實作教學,讓學生了解身體活動的感受,並學習體適能之五大要素:肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度、心肺功能、身體組成。由實作之過程中,發展本身之體適能及創造出各種模式之體適能活動,以增進其課程設計及運動指導之能力。
English Outline:
The objective of this course is to help students understand the sensations of physical activity through hands-on teaching and learn the five essential components of physical fitness: strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and body composition. Through the process of practical application, students will develop their own physical fitness and create various models of fitness activities to enhance their abilities in course design and exercise instruction.
