課程大綱Course Description：

全球經濟與經營管理專題討論之主要目的在於以實務探討的角度分析與研討有關管理上重要的問題，包含組織策略管 理、行銷管理、人力資源管理、財務管理、生產與作業管理等，另外為增加EMBA學生多元視角，也邀請除管理專長的菁英，也邀請各和各業具有豐富經驗的生活達人分享人生心得。

English Outline：

The main purpose of Special Topic is to introduce the newest issues in the field of management from the perspectives of practical consideration. The topics in the class will include the issues of marketing management, human resource management finance management, and operation management. After participation, the learners will have a more clear understanding regard to the important issues in management.
