課程大綱Course Description:
實際種植各種作物,種植過程中,搭配作物起源、形態特徵、氣候土宜、栽培方法及生產概況等栽培相關資料,使學生在實習過程中、認識糧食作物的一般特性及栽培方法。此外,於課程過程中,講述氣候變遷的起源、該如何面對及調適,並適當給予碳概念的基本知識,讓學生在實習課程中,除學習如何栽培外,亦具備面對氣候變遷的基本思維。
English Outline:
Plant various crops. During the planting process, the relevant cultivation materials such as the origin of the crops, morphological characteristics, climate and soil, cultivation methods, and production overview are matched, so that students can understand the general characteristics and cultivation methods of food crops during the practice process. In addition, in the course of the course, the origin of climate change, how to face and adjust, and the basic knowledge of the concept of carbon are correctly given, so that students can not only learn how to cultivate in the practical course but also have the basic knowledge to face climate change thinking.
