課程大綱Course Description：

介紹世界各國（主要包含美國、英國和歐盟）於本國之環境影響評估制度建置歷程，並依據環境影響評估法及施行細則逐條說明，特別針對我國環保署因應環境影響評估法實施環境影響評估之內容，加強介紹。課程中，除了介紹環境影響評估之發展和相關技術外，亦針對環保署在環境影響評估審議上的技術規範、審議規則、審查重點與會議之進行，進行說明。

English Outline：

It introduces the establishment process of environmental impact assessment systems in various countries around the world (mainly including the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union), and explains them one by one in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law and implementation rules, especially the implementation of environmental impact assessment by China's Environmental Protection Agency in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Law. Content, strengthen the introduction. In addition to introducing the development of environmental impact assessment and related technologies, the course also explains the Environmental Protection Agency's technical specifications, review rules, review focus, and meeting procedures for environmental impact assessment review.
