課程大綱Course Description：

本課程在使學生瞭解水禽的飼養管理，課程內容包括：水禽簡介、鴨及 鵝的特性與習性、水禽的品種、鴨及鵝的捕捉與固定法、種禽的選擇與配種、 鴨及鵝的雌雄鑑別法、種用水禽的房舍、飼養及管理、種蛋的管理及保存、 鴨蛋及鵝蛋的孵化法、肉用鴨、鵝的生產，水禽產品的處理。

English Outline：

Waterfowl Feeding and Management An advanced study of waterfowl production that includes introduction to waterfowl, their peculiarities and habits, breeds, handing and holding of waterfowl, selection of breeders and management of the breeds, caring and holding of hatching eggs, incubation of duck and geese egg, production of market ducks and geese, the processing of waterfowl etc.
