課程大綱Course Description：

1. 了解並敘述電之特性、單位、功能等基本概念。 2. 辨識電阻器、電容器、電感器，並了解其在電路中之功用。 3. 了解串並聯電路，並計算其電壓、電流之變化。 4. 熟悉各種基本交直流電路之特性及其運算方法。

English Outline：

1. Understand and describe basic concepts such as the characteristics, units, and functions of electricity. 2. Identify resistors, capacitors, and inductors and understand their functions in circuits. 3. Understand series and parallel circuits and calculate changes in voltage and current. 4. Be familiar with the characteristics and operation methods of various basic AC and DC circuits.
