課程大綱Course Description：

休閒教育係指提供休閒活動知識，培養休閒活動意願、興趣及增進休閒活動技能的教育活動。本課程內容包括指導善用自由時間的方法，培養有關休閒活動之知能，及啟迪愛護休閒設施及資源的觀念。

English Outline：

The Leisure education refers to educational activities that provide knowledge of leisure activities, cultivate willingness, interest and enhance leisure activities skills. The content of this course includes guidance on ways to make good use of free time, developing knowledge about leisure activities, and inspiring the concept of caring for leisure facilities and resources.
