課程大綱Course Description：

生物性佐劑可刺激免疫系統進而加強疫苗功效。生物性分子可活化先天性免疫之偵測系統，或刺激免疫系統之訊息傳遞而促進疫苗功效。本課程討論免疫系統之刺激標的與現有生物性分子之使用與研究。

English Outline：

Biological adjuvants can enhance vaccine efficacy by interacting with the immune system. More specifically, biological molecules can interact with the pathogen recognition system of the innate immune system, or participate in the signaling pathways of the immune system. This class covers the important targets of the immune system and reviews biological adjuvants currently under research.
