課程大綱Course Description：

該課程著重於介紹植物組織培養之各種技術，並輔以最新國內外文獻，探討今後發展之方向。講授內容包含無菌操作理念與技術、培養基成分與配置方法、培養與馴化環境，及由種胚、細胞、組織或器官發育至植株之流程。

English Outline：

The objectives of this course are to introduce the divers techniques of plant tissue culture, and to discuss about the prospective of plant tissue culture techniques based on recent literature reviews. The contents of this course include aseptic culture concept and technique, culture medium composition and preparation, culture incubation and acclimatization environments, and the process of plant regeneration from zygotic embryos, cells, tissues or organs.
