課程大綱Course Description：

生物反應槽量產細胞取代傳統角瓶及滾瓶細胞培養方式可提高細胞生產密度，降低污染機率，減少操作人力及廢棄物，降低生產成本及提升品質。因此生物反應槽是現今疫苗廠、生技廠急需建立的技術，並有非常大的人才需求。

English Outline：

The industrial production of cells in the bioreactor can replace the traditional corner flask and roller bottle cell culture methods for contributing to increase cell density of amplification, reduce the probability of pollution, diminish operating manpower and waste, decrease costs of production, and improve quality of cell products. Therefore, the bioreactor is a technology urgently needed to be established by vaccine and biotech industry. Thus, there is a very large demand for talents in vaccine-associated industry.
