職能分析能幫助企業、學校、培訓機構和個人提升競爭力，達成學訓用合一的目標，本課程將完整介紹職能基準建立的歷程，並將職能的概念應用至訓練課程設計，使學生具備職能分析的專業知能。課程內容涵蓋：職能基準發展、職能分析方法、職能導向課程發展。

English Outline：

Competency analysis can help companies, schools, training institutions and individuals to enhance their competitiveness. This course will introduce the history of the establishment of competency analysis and apply its concept to the design of training courses. The course covers: competency development, competency analysis methods, and competency -oriented curriculum development.
