課程大綱Course Description:
這門課程旨在為沒有分子生物學和遺傳學背景知識的研究生設計。課程內容涵蓋古典
和分子層次的遺傳學規則和生物學原理。同時也包括現代生物主題例如重組DNA技術
、基因轉殖生物和基因體研究等。課程的目標是使學生能夠批判性地評估原始文獻並
將所學知識應用於他們的研究中。
English Outline:
This course is designed for graduate students without molecular biology and genetics background knowledge. The contents cover genetic rules and biology principles from the classical and molecular levels. Biotechnology topics such as recombinant DNA technology, transgenic organisms, and omics research are also included. The objective is to
enable students to critically evaluate primary literature and apply the knowledge learned to
their research.
