課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在了解全球經濟和農業發展中的趨勢和政策。預計學生將學習糧食安全，婦女在農業中的重要性，供水和稀缺，世貿組織和世界貿易，農業發展中的非關稅壁壘，衛生和植物檢疫法規標準，氣候變化，信息通信技術，生物化學，農業研究和開發的重要性。發展。本課程將進一步討論有關全球農業和經濟發展的主要問題。

English Outline：

This course is to aim on insight of trend and policy in global economic and agricultural development. The students are expected to learn the importance of food security, women in agriculture, water supply and scarcity, WTO and world trade, non-tariff barriers in agricultural development, sanitary and phytosanitary regulation standards, climate change, ICT, biochemistry, agricultural research and development. Major issues on global agriculture and economic development will be further discussed in the class.
