The main purpose of this course is to enable students to understand our country's overall energy policy and its importance to national economic development. Because energy is closely related to issues such as national security, people's livelihood needs, economic development, environmental protection, national health and sustainable development. However, my country's energy system is an independent type, with more than 98% of energy supply relying on imports and a high degree of dependence on fossil energy. In the face of the increasing depletion of traditional energy, the turbulent international energy situation, violent energy price fluctuations, the impact of global climate change and domestic energy challenges such as continuous growth in demand, difficulty in promoting energy development plans, and disputes over energy price adjustments. Our country's energy development first focuses on ensuring energy security and meeting the basic needs of people's livelihood, taking into account environmental protection and economic development, and considering the principles of social justice and intergenerational fairness, promoting the overall goal of sustainable energy development. |
