課程大綱Course Description:
本課程將以自我概念、自我坦誠、自我肯定為經,以人際吸引、人際溝通為緯,透過主題探討與經驗分享、小組課堂討論活動,讓學生融入多元的教學情境中,逐步習得人際關係之相關理論;引導學生增進對自我與人際行為模式的了解,並理解人、我、關係三者與自身所處文化的關聯性,落實於自己的日常生活經驗當中,據此逐步提升學生之人際察覺力、情緒管理與溝通能力、因應人際挫折與問題解決的能力。
English Outline:
This course will be based on self-concept, self-confidence, and self-affirmation, and interpersonal attraction and interpersonal communication as the latitude. Through theme discussion, experience sharing, and group class discussion activities, students will be integrated into multiple teaching situations and gradually acquire the interpersonal relationship. Relevant theories; guide students to improve their understanding of self and interpersonal behavior patterns, and understand the correlation between the three of people, me, and relationships with their own culture, and implement them in their own daily life experience, thereby gradually improving students' interpersonal awareness Ability, emotional management and communication skills, ability to respond to interpersonal frustration and problem solving.
