課程大綱Course Description：

智慧財產權為民事權利之一環，有法律賦予保護心智創作之效力，有別於動產或不動產，為無形之財產。由於智慧財產權法受到科技發展與國際化之影響頗深，因此本課程擬從現行實際之網路與生物科技方面所帶來的發展，列舉以下幾個實際的範疇來闡述，除了概念與體系的介紹，並加強各種不同智慧財產間橫向的比較，另輔以案例說明，以期能增進學生對智慧財產權的瞭解與注意。 一、著作權法。 二、商標法。 三、專利法。 四、營業秘密法。 五、積體電路電路布局保護法。 六、公平交易法。

English Outline：

The intellectual property rights of a link for civil rights, have the law to entrust with potency of the protection mental creation, does not have to the movable property or the real estate, for invisible property. Because the intellectual property rights law receives the technical development and the internationalization influence is quite deep, therefore this curriculum draws up the development which brings from the present actual network and the biotechnology aspect, enumerates following several actual categories to elaborate that, except the concept and the system introduction, and strengthens each kind of different intellectual property the crosswise comparison, auxiliary to the case explained in addition, can promote the student by the time to the intellectual property rights understanding and the attention. First, Copyrights Law. Second, Trademarks Law. Third, Patents Law. Fourth, Undisclosed Information Law. Fifth, Layout-Designs of Integrated Circuits Protection Law. Sixth, Fair Competition Law.
