課程大綱Course Description：

本課程將帶領學生探索不同種類的人際關係與互動中，如何透過語言與溝通策略進行人際關係的開啟、發展、維持、解決衝突、與結束。包含的關係與情境有男女、愛情、職場等。課程中提供相關社會心理與溝通認知量表，讓學生建立對語言溝通與關係認知的敏銳度。本課程的授課重點在語言與溝通策略之議題探討，人際關係認知僅是情境，其實用性在於學生能透過聽課與不斷檢視自身語言行為，對未來或求學當下處理各種人際關係時有能力更有效的達到溝通目標與解決問題。 老師聯繫email: kayko1022@gmail.com

English Outline：

This course presents a comprehensive overview and discussion of the theory and research in interpersonal communication with a focus on training students how to improve their communication skills while managing different kinds of interpersonal relationships (such as gender, love, friendship, workplace). Students’ awareness and sensitivity of making effective communication choices in a variety of personal, social and professional relationships will be enhanced. In class, scales are provided for students to self-evaluate their perceptions about different kinds of interpersonal relationships and the communication. This course will be practical and useful when students can personally feel related to the communication issues in the various kinds of relationships they have to deal with in their daily lives.

所有上課內容為自制講義，於上課後上傳供學生參考。 出席紀錄會利用課間用手機掃描QRcode登入google表單簽到(下課時間後登入的不計成績)，此為主要的成績來源(50%)，同學可大部分掌握自己的成績 (簽到表單除了姓名學號，有當次上課內容的選擇題或量表答案的回饋，專心上課的同學可得相對高分，對本課程成績的掌握同學可自行權衡)
