課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在培養學生學習組織與管理相關理論，並將其運用於實務經營之能力。課程內容包括組織管理理論、組織結構設計、組織間關係管理、組織變革及組織創新與演化。目標在於使學生透過問題導向式主題學習，模擬企業的經營，進行個案企業在組織管理上的結構設計、與其它組織間的管理，並進行組織創新激發。

English Outline：

This course aims to cultivate students' ability to learn organization and management related theories and apply them to practical operations. The course content includes organizational management theory, organizational structure design, inter-organizational relationship management, organizational change, and organizational innovation and evolution. The goal is to enable students to learn through problem-oriented themes, simulate the operation of the enterprise, carry out the structural design of the individual enterprise in the organization and management, the management with other organizations, and stimulate organizational innovation.
