| 本課程前段時間主要介紹作物的重要性及其慣用繁殖方式，包括有性與無性繁殖技術；中段時期重點在於組織培養概念、原理及其操作方法；後段時間則介紹組織培養技術在種苗產業之應用實務。 |

| The first stage of this course mainly introduces the importance of crops and their common propagation methods, including sexual and asexual reproduction techniques; in the middle stage focuses on the concepts, principles and operation methods of in vitro culture; the last stage introduces the application of in vitro culture technology and its application practice in the seedling industry. |
