課程大綱Course Description：

本課程訓練學生學習並操作園藝作物育苗、採種、作物栽培和管理、植物繁殖等實務操作技術。藉由學習過程了解作物栽培及生產過程中可能遭遇的問題，並嘗試解決問題。同時藉由簡易的銷售，建立作物栽培、生產、銷售完整產業鏈的概略認識。

English Outline：

This course is to train students to learn crop seedling, crops cultivation and management, plant propagation, breeding technique. The process can preliminary understand of the production technology and may encounter problems then try to overcome those problems. after harvest, train students to sell the produce. hence build overall horticultural industry chain understanding.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.以果樹、蔬菜、花卉、農藝、特藥用作物及園林景觀為主軸，培養學生對農作物之觀察力。 2.配合產業趨勢、培育學生具備栽培管理、生理、育種改良、生物科技及園產品處理等基本專業技術，訓練學生實際栽培農園藝作物之操作技能。 3.熟稔作物栽培領域之相關知識及操作，培育兼具現代科學基礎理論、應用、生產技術及永續經營之專業實務人才。
