| 本課程主要在探討蜜蜂產品如蜂蜜、蜂王漿、蜂膠、蜂花粉和蜂毒的化學成分及生物特性。課程將詳細教學這些蜜蜂產品對人體健康的有益影響 (增加不可食用)。蜜蜂產品含有豐富的果糖、葡萄糖、礦物質、蛋白質、游離氨基酸、維生素、酵素(酶)和多酚等營養物質，這些營養物質和其它生物功能作用密切相關。課程將討論這些蜜蜂產品的營養和其它健康益處影響。 |
| English Outline： |
| This course aims to discuss the chemical composition and biological properties of major bee products such as honey, royal jelly, propolis, bee pollen, and bee venom. A detailed explanation of the latest findings on the chemical and biological properties of those bee products and the beneficial effects of bee products on human health will be done during the classes. Bee products are rich in several nutrients such as sugars, minerals, proteins, free amino acids, vitamins, enzymes, and polyphenols that seem to be closely related to their biological functions. The effects of these products on nutrition and other health benefits will be discussed. |
