課程大綱Course Description：

本課程介紹現有畜牧供應鏈如何透過不同技術與生產流程提升生產效率。透過此課程讓學生了解從新創公司到企業經營不同階段的公司，如何透過關鍵技術發展其商業模式。在新創公司部分將會探討如何將技術落實在產業上，而在企業中探討其發展願景、內部整合與技術企業外部之間利益相關者之關係。並學習以企業角度的思維，利用不同分析工具進行企業決策包含垂直整合、多角經營、併購、策略聯盟、全球策略與社會責任之公司發展。

English Outline：

This course will introduce how enterprise utilize the state of art technology and procedure in animal industry to increase the animal production. By introducing the different stages of the companies to develop the business model. From the startup company will focus on how to fin the customer and apply the technique to the industry. From the enterprise, we will focus on the scope of the enterprise, internal governance and external relationship of stakeholders, and utilize the tools for analyzing and decision making for enterprise development.
