課程大綱Course Description：

本課程內容主要介紹國內飼料管理法規及各類飼料原料的分類及使用，包括能量、蛋白、礦物質飼料、飼料添加劑及芻料。並簡介飼料原料鑒別及相關加工製造過程，讓學生對於飼料原料的使用能有基礎的了解與認識。

English Outline：

The content of this course mainly introduces domestic feed management regulations and the classification and use of various feed materials, including energy, protein, mineral feed, feed additives and forage. It also introduces the identification of feed raw materials and related processing and manufacturing processes, so that students can have a basic understanding and understanding of the use of feed raw materials.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.了解常規飼料原料特性及應用限制。 飼料原料種類繁多，不同動物別其生理特性不同，對於原料消化特性也不同。因此需要了解原料特性及應用限制，針對後續飼料使用上能有針對動物營養及生理上的不同進行應用及調整。 2.學習鑒別飼料原料品質及真假 飼料原料的品質是良好飼料產品品質及動物營養效益的基礎，確保飼料原料品質能夠在一定程度下，確保動物的生長效益。 3.認識飼料原料加工方式，提高原料應用性。 飼料原料在經不同加工 (如加熱、擠壓、生物發酵等) 處理後，能夠提高可利用性，增加原料產品價值，提高動物消化性。
