課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要介紹數位影像處理的基本原理、技術、及其在生物產業的應用。課程中分別以C#及OpenCV (EmguCV)為工具，配合相關套件的引用，增進學生的理解，並讓學生實際練習原理與實務的互動關係。課程介紹主題包括數位影像的基本格式、影像顯示、儲存與檔案格式、點濾波處理、區域濾波、顏色特徵、形狀特徵、分類器簡介等。課堂中並指導學生針對其有興趣的主題，進行期末專題與報告練習。

English Outline：

This course aims to introduce the fundamental theory and techniques of digital image processing (DIP). The applications of DIP on bio-industry fields are also presented in here. The topics includes basic of DIP, formats of images file, display and save for images, point filtering, region filtering, color features, shape features, classifier etc. Microsoft C# language and OpenCV will be used as a tool for demonstration. Students will finish their term projects and present them in class.
