課程大綱Course Description:
本課程主要教授車銑複合加工的原理、實習操作、加工程式之撰寫及結合CAD/CAM達成加工編程,使學生能整合車削與銑削的功能及其操作。課程重點分成兩部分,第一部份著重於工件端面的加工,運用C軸在軸向端面上鑽孔、鉸孔、攻牙與輪廓銑削;第二部分則為複雜的徑向鑽孔、鉸孔、攻牙與輪廓銑削軸,並且進行曲面銑削。課程初期以手寫程式去熟捻刀具路徑語法為主,進而應用CAD/CAM來達成加工程式編寫,最後將工件加工完成予以驗證。
English Outline:
This course mainly teaches the principle of turning and milling combined machining, internship operation, writing of machining program and programming in combination with CAD/ CAM, so that students can integrate the functions and operations of turning and milling. This subject is divided into two parts, the first part focuses on the machining of the end face of the workpiece, using the C axis to drill、ream and tape holes in the axial end face, and contour milling; the second part involves more complex radial drilling, reaming, tapping and contour milling axes, and surface milling. At the beginning of the course, the tool path syntax was familiar with the handwriting program, and then the CAD/CAM was used to complete the machining program. Finally, the workpiece was processed and verified.

3.具備車銑複合機器操作之能力。
4.能細心完成多軸加工工件之實際加工。
