課程大綱Course Description：

本課程之目的除了近代半導體元件之基本原理傳授外，還包括各種半導體之基本光電特性介紹，使學生對半導體材料物理及元件之基本原理有所了解。

English Outline：

This course will introduce the fundamental principles of modern semiconductor components and the basic optoelectronic characteristics of various semiconductors. The students who participate this course will gain the basic principles of physics in semiconductor material and devices.
