課程大綱Course Description：

本課程結合理論講述與個案討論，使學生了解組織如何「群策群力，以竟事功」，課程內容包含：組織領導與管理的定義、實務作為、相關理論等，搭配小組討論、組織實例、電影片段或社會時事新聞等，連結學生生活經驗，激發學習興趣，引導學生活用領導與管理之概念。

English Outline：

This course combines theoretical lectures and case discussions to help students understand how organizations "collaboratively strive to achieve success." The course content includes definitions of organizational leadership and management, practical approaches, and relevant theories. It is complemented by group discussions, organizational examples, movie clips, or current events in society to connect with students' life experiences, stimulate learning interest, and guide them in applying concepts of leadership and management.
