課程大綱Course Description：

本課程針對現代陸域野生動物之保育生物學進行深入的介紹與討論，並強化修課學生對於保育生物學價值之認知。課程內容包含各項保育生物學相關議題並且著重於以野生動物為例進行介紹。此外針對本校野生動物保育研究所師生所進行之各項保育生物學相關研究，如爬蟲類、龜鱉類、鳥類、靈長類、食肉目、偶蹄目及野生動物疾病等研究進行介紹與討論。

English Outline：

The course will provide a deeper understanding and discussion of modern conservation biology concepts and theories, as well as the value aspects of conservation biology. The content of the course will include various issues related with the conservation biology, especially focus on wild animals. The content may vary depending upon the research projects regarding conservation biology in the Institute of Wildlife Conservation, such as reptile, turtle, avian, primate, Carnivore, ungulate, and wildlife diseases.
