課程大綱Course Description:
當代行銷以消費者為核心,以創造顧客價值,建立顧客關係為目標,運用適當的行銷策略規劃,行銷手法與工具,宣揚品牌價值。本課程透過課堂教學、個案研討,期刊選讀,讓學生了解行銷策略規劃,分析行銷環境,策畫行銷行動,及管理行銷人力資源。
English Outline:
Modern marketing is centered around the consumer, with the primary goal of creating customer value and fostering customer relationships. This is achieved by utilizing effective marketing strategy planning, marketing techniques, and tools to promote brand value. To gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing, students will engage in classroom instruction, analyze case studies, and read selected journal articles. Through these methods, they will learn about marketing strategy planning, how to analyze the marketing environment, plan marketing actions, and effectively manage marketing human resources.
