課程大綱Course Description:
過去十年,疾病診斷技術已取得顯著進步,這創新的步調會繼續下去。其中許多技術非常適合直接從病理或臨床樣本中鑑定病原體,本課程將探討PCR、Real-time PCR、multiplex PCR、LAMP、PCR-ELISA、單株抗體、質譜儀、螢光顯微鏡、共軛焦顯微鏡、DNA定序、DNA microarrays、in situ hybridization等方式診斷微生物的原理和應用。
English Outline:
The past decade has seen remarkable technical advances in infectious disease diagnosis, and the pace of innovation is likely to continue. Many of these techniques are well suited to pathogen identification directly from pathologic or clinical samples. This curriculum will therefore explore the principles and application of these strategies for the microbial diagnosis, including polymerase chain reaction (PCR), real-time PCR, multiplex PCR, LAMP, PCR-ELISA, monoclonal antibodies, mass spectrometer, fluorescence microscope, confocal microscope, DNA sequencing, DNA microarrays, in situ hybridization.
