飼料技術涵蓋動物飼料的生產、配方和加工相關的各個方面。本課程主要聚焦在動物飼料配方與營養需求、飼料加工技術、可持續性飼料方案、及飼料與腸道微生物相互作用等主題進行分享及探討。

English Outline：

Feed technology covers all aspects related to the production, formulation and processing of animal feed. This course mainly focuses on sharing and discussing topics such as animal feed formulation and nutritional requirements, feed processing technology, sustainable feed solutions, and the interaction between feed and intestinal microorganisms.
