課程大綱Course Description：

人類的永續發展之重大因素之一便是能源，包括：化石燃料、核能及再生能源。但是，因為溫室效應造成地球氣候的改變，如果沒有適當的綠色能源去替代，就會急遽的影響並威脅人類未來的生存。了解綠色能源的相關種類、基本原理、優缺點之內容、以及如何有效的使用綠色能源，並奠定正確合宜的綠色能源管理政策，對於提升未來綠色能源的發展、創新設計是非常重要的。本課程提供具有整體觀的綠能教育，探討各議題，具有科技、管理、經濟整體觀，並指出未來的可能展望。因此本課程之內容涵蓋了過去、現在及未來的能源經濟及管理問題、等等，應用範圍極廣。同時設計一些創新設計的專題讓同學研究、參考，使同學能對綠色能源之創新設計奠定基礎。

English Outline：

Energy is the key issue of whether human race and all the other lives can be sustained or not in earth for the future. However, since the green-house effect of the carbon-dioxide in the atmosphere creates the global warming which is not only changing the climate but also destroying the environment of all the creatures on earth needed. The mankind survival is threatened now. Therefore, green energy is suddenly noticed and needed urgently in this decade. in this course, we provide the knowledge of various existing green energy methods and introduce the ideas as well as techniques of how to develop possible new green energy system.
