這門課程旨在向學生們介紹組織發展的基本概念與原理;描述組織發展專家如何計劃和實施干預,以創建人際、小組、跨組或組織範圍的變革。此課程呈現了該領域的理論和根源基礎,並解釋了組織發展過程中涉及的實際干預措施,並概述組織發展專業人員/變革代理人之價值、道德與所扮演的角色。
English Outline:
This course aims to acquaint students with the fundamental concepts and principles of Organizational Development. It delves into how specialists in the field strategize and execute interventions to foster change at interpersonal, team, inter-team, and organizational levels. The curriculum provides insights into the theoretical and historical underpinnings of the domain, elaborates on the tangible actions involved in an Organizational Development initiative, and highlights the values, ethics, and responsibilities of an Organizational Development expert/change facilitator.
