課程大綱Course Description：

教師吳雅玲, email: karin@mail.npust.edu.tw ; TEL: 08-7703202-7648 本課程旨在培育學生對職業教育與訓練之理論與實務具有基本認知與應用能力。主要內容包括技職教育體系及現況、技職教育之進路、技術型高中之專業群科介紹、技職教育行政主管體系、職業訓練體系現況、技術證照制度、技職教育重要政策、職業訓練重要政策、主要國家技職教育現況、主要國家職業訓練現況等。

English Outline：

Aim of this course is to equip students with the basic theories and practices of technological and vocational education and training. The content of the course includes the status quo of vocational education, the pathway of vocational education students, professional departments of vocational high schools, administration of vocational education, the status quo of vocational training, the system of professional technical certificates, policies of vocational education and training, the status quo of vocational education and training in main states.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.培育技職教育專業實務人才。 2.培育技職教育專業研究人才。 3.培育技職教育課程與教學的專業人才。 4.培育技職教育行政的專業人才。 5.培育技職教育人力培訓的專業人才。 6.培育具有職業道德的技職教育專業人才。 7.培育具有國際觀的技職教育專業人才。
