本課程將聚焦於芻料品質評估,課程內容包含下列主題:芻料評估對人畜之重要性;以動物生長表現為飼料評估之標準;芻料能量計算;芻料能量與消化率評估;芻料蛋白質評估;以酵素方法評估消化率;原位技術測定芻料降解率;氣體生產法評估芻料品質;乾物質採食量之重要性等
English Outline:
The course will focus on forage quality evaluation. It will include the following topics,the importance of forage evaluation for humans and animals; Animal performance as the criterion for feed evaluation; Estimating the energy value and digestbility of forages; Estimating the protein value of forages; Enzyme techniques for estimate digestibility; The in situ techniques for the estimation of forage degradability; Cumulative gas-production techniques for forage evaluation; The importance of dry matter intake.
