課程大綱Course Description:
本課程將藉由自我情緒覺察、人際關係、人際衝突、壓力調適、溝通類型等課題的討論和演練,幫助學生瞭解情緒運作的方式,學習人際溝通技巧與情緒管理。在課程結束後,學生必須能夠將課堂所學的知識與技能應用於職場,以確保服務提供的品質,例如:學習如何與服務對象及其家庭成員溝通,如何解決專業關係的衝突等。
English Outline:
The course will help students understand the way emotion works and learn communication skills and emotion management through a series of discussions and practices. Some topics will be discussed including emotional self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, interpersonal conflict, pressure adjustment, and types of communication. By the end of the course, students should be able to apply knowledge and skills to the workplace context in order to ensure the quality of services. For example, learn how to communicate with clients and their family members and to resolve conflict in a professional relationship.
